I provide skills and capacity building counselling and psychosocial support for self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. My approach is person-centred, practical, and tailored to support confidence, emotional wellbeing, and everyday life skills.
Drawing on counselling, strategic psychotherapy principles, mindset coaching, and other evidence-informed approaches, I work collaboratively with participants to support meaningful progress aligned with their NDIS goals.
Support to navigate change, build emotional understanding, and develop practical strategies for adapting to new circumstances, routines, or expectations in everyday life.
Developing practical coping strategies and emotional regulation skills to better manage stress and anxiety, supporting greater stability and confidence in daily situations.
Building awareness and tools to understand emotional responses, manage reactions, and respond more effectively to challenging situations.
Strengthening self-belief, motivation, and resilience to support participation, independence, and engagement in everyday activities.
Support to build communication skills, social confidence, and strategies for navigating relationships, community settings, and everyday interactions.
Working collaboratively to set meaningful goals and develop practical skills that align with your NDIS plan and support everyday functioning.
Supporting wellbeing, independence, and recovery through strengths-based, person-centred psychosocial support aligned with your goals.
Sessions are available in person or online, offering flexible support options designed to fit your needs, goals, and everyday life.
In-person sessions are offered in a private, supportive environment and focus on building practical skills, confidence, and strategies aligned with your NDIS goals.
Online sessions provide the same personalised, goal-focused support from the comfort of your own space. This option can be helpful for participants who prefer flexibility, have mobility or transport challenges, or live outside the local area.
Session length aligned with your NDIS plan
Session duration and frequency are agreed in advance and aligned with your NDIS plan and funded supports. This ensures sessions remain appropriate, flexible, and goal-focused.
Sessions are guided by your goals, preferences, and lived experience, with a focus on safety, respect, and collaboration.
Support to build emotional regulation, communication skills, resilience, and practical coping strategies.
Sessions are aligned with your plan goals and reviewed regularly to support progress and meaningful outcomes.
I do not provide diagnostic assessments or clinical mental health treatment. Participants requiring specialised care will be supported with appropriate referrals.
Your journey starts with an over-the-phone consultation where we explore your early questions, concerns, and therapy goals.
We’ll explain how our therapy method works, answer any questions, and send you any required information. This consultation sets the stage for your transformation and first face-to-face session.
Each session is crafted to address your unique challenges and goals. Using proven techniques, we guide you through solution-focused psychotherapy or talk therapy combined with clinical hypnotherapy, where positive change can continue to take root. This unique approach is designed to maximise your results in the fastest possible time.
Our collaborative sessions help you tap into your strength-based resources to overcome obstacles, develop new habits, and achieve your goals.
Progress continues beyond each session. We provide tools, strategies, and techniques to help you reinforce and sustain your growth.
Follow-ups ensure your development stays on track, allowing us to refine your plan as needed for lasting success.

We know you have enough on your plate, so we have removed the stress for you. Before booking a session, we offer a clarity call to determine if ACT Complete Therapy is for you. If you decide it’s not, we can offer suggestions to point you in the right direction.
