Skills-focused counselling and psychosocial support under the NDIS

I provide skills and capacity building counselling and psychosocial support for self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. My approach is person-centred, practical, and tailored to support confidence, emotional wellbeing, and everyday life skills.

Drawing on counselling, strategic psychotherapy principles, mindset coaching, and other evidence-informed approaches, I work collaboratively with participants to support meaningful progress aligned with their NDIS goals.
